1.1 Definitions & Interpretations

The following terms used in these conditions carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The mce19 website, mobile interface, and all related services.
• "Member" — Any person who has registered an account on mce19 or is using the service.
• "Account" — A Member's personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Gaming Activities" — Slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and all other betting activities.
• "Bonus Funds" — Any amount granted as a promotional offer, usable under specific conditions.

1.2 Changes to the Terms

mce19 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. Members are advised to review this page regularly at their own responsibility.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register on mce19 and participate in gaming activities, a Member must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age. Registration or participation by minors is strictly prohibited.
• The Member must use the platform of their own free will and entirely voluntarily.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
• Each Member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The account is for the Member's own personal use only — placing bets on behalf of third parties or transferring the account is not permitted.

2.2 Account Security & Confidentiality

The Member is responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. The Member is fully responsible for all activities carried out from their account. Any suspicion of unauthorized access must be reported to the mce19 support team immediately. mce19 will never ask for a password or personal financial information via email or message.

2.3 Account Suspension or Termination

mce19 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or improper conduct is detected.
• Providing false information or failing to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Misusing bonus benefits or attempting to gain unfair profit from promotional offers.
• The same person operating multiple accounts.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply when depositing funds on mce19:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
• Deposits must be sent only from an account registered in the Member's own name. Deposits via third parties are not accepted.
• After successful payment verification, funds are generally credited to the account quickly.
• mce19 may request proof or identity verification regarding any deposit if necessary.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method the Member used when depositing and which is registered to their own account.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be mandatory before each withdrawal.
• Winnings from bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 4 for details).
• If any irregular activity or fraud is suspected, mce19 reserves the right to delay the withdrawal process and conduct additional verification.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

mce19 primarily provides services in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All transactions, balance displays, and bonus amounts will be calculated in Taka. mce19 is not responsible for any differences arising from currency conversion.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

mce19 offers a welcome bonus for new Members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Two examples are given below:

• If you deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000.
• If you deposit ৳32,000 → bonus up to a maximum of ৳15,000 → total balance ৳47,000.

The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and each Member may claim this benefit only once.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn:

• The wagering requirement is 10x — calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit amount).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• The wagering contribution rate may vary by game type — the detailed conditions for each offer will be stated separately.
• It is not possible to withdraw directly from the bonus balance before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• mce19 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in account closure.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• VIP Members enjoy special benefits at Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.7%), and Gold (up to 1.0%) tiers.

5.1 Game Operation Rules

All games on mce19 are supplied through recognized software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Spribe, JILI, Ezugi, and others). The outcome of each game is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and unbiased play.

• If a technical issue occurs during a gaming session, the result of that round will be determined automatically from the recorded data.
• mce19 will not be liable for any loss of a bet or game resulting from an internet disconnection.
• If an incorrect payout is made due to a software error or display discrepancy, mce19 reserves the right to recover that amount.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure along with forfeiture of all funds:

• Operating games through automated software, bots, or any other artificial means.
• Attempting to interfere with or manipulate the platform's systems or software.
• Colluding with other Members to artificially gain profit from bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in harmful behavior toward other Members.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

mce19 offers markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA World Cup, AFC Championship), kabaddi, and various other sports. For sports betting:

• Bets will be accepted within the designated time limit before an event begins.
• If an event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed, bets will be settled according to mce19's applicable rules.
• mce19 reserves the right to void any bet where there is an obvious error in a quotation or market offer.
• For live betting, the data from the official data provider at the time the result is determined will be considered final.

6.1 Setting Limits & Self-Control

mce19 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to solve financial problems. We encourage Members to:

• Set a specific budget before playing and do not exceed that limit.
• Do not chase losses by increasing bets impulsively to recover money lost.
• Take regular breaks and do not prioritize gaming over other daily activities.
• Avoid gaming while under the influence of alcohol, medication, or emotional stress.

6.2 Self-Exclusion & Support

If a Member feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they can contact the mce19 support team to request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Opening a new account during a self-exclusion period will not be permitted. mce19 provides further guidance on our responsible gaming page.

6.3 Minor Protection

mce19 strictly prohibits minors (under 21 years of age) from participating in gaming activities. Members must ensure that their login details do not reach minors. If there are minors in the household, using parental control software is advised.

7.1 Data Collection & Use

mce19 collects necessary information from Members' registration, transactions, and gaming activities. This information is used for account verification, service improvement, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations. Members' personal data is not sold to any third party. 7.2 SSL Encryption & Security

mce19 secures all data transmissions with SSL encryption technology. Financial information is stored on encrypted servers and regular security audits are conducted. Members can report any security concerns directly to the support team.

8.1 Platform Liability

mce19 always strives to provide its services without interruption, however mce19 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical disruptions.
• Any loss resulting from a Member's negligence or breach of the Terms.
• Issues caused by errors or disruptions from third-party service providers.
• Unexpected events (Force Majeure) — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives that disrupt services.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

If a member has any dispute or complaint, they should first contact the mce19 support team. The support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email ([email protected]) in both Bengali and English. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication. For any dispute that cannot be resolved this way, arbitration or legal proceedings will be followed in accordance with applicable law.

8.3 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. The member acknowledges that they are using the platform in compliance with the applicable laws of their own country and are entering into this agreement as a person with legal capacity. mce19 does not intend to provide services to users in areas where such services are illegal.
